PackPace, LLC ("PackPace", "we", "us", or "our"), operated under its parent company Local Martians (registered business), collects and processes Personal Data from Users in order to provide, improve, and support our services.

Garmin

When you connect your Garmin account, PackPace may access fitness and activity data (such as workouts, duration, distance, and timestamps) as permitted by you. Data is used solely to provide PackPace features and insights. PackPace complies with Garmin’s developer and data protection requirements.

Strava

If you connect Strava, PackPace may receive activity-related data in accordance with Strava’s API permissions. This data is used to enhance training insights and app functionality and is not sold to third parties.

Apple (HealthKit & App Store)

• HealthKit: If enabled, PackPace may read fitness and activity data from Apple HealthKit. Health data is used only for providing app functionality and is never used for advertising or marketing.
• Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple: By using PackPace and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of limited data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple. This data is shared solely to assist Apple in evaluating and resolving refund requests, in compliance with Apple’s policies.

Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how Users interact with our services. Advertising services may use Trackers to measure campaign performance and deliver relevant ads.

Users may opt out of interest-based advertising through:

• Device-level ad settings
• Platform-specific opt-out tools
• The relevant sections of our Cookie Policy (where applicable)

Data Retention
